Alterations

• An initial fitting will be scheduled where I will get your measurements and examine the item.

• A secondary fitting will be scheduled to assess any changes that needs to be made. 

• After the second fitting, I will deliver your item to you via in person or by shipping it.

Mending 

​

• The client will drop off their item, I will pick it up or it can be shipped to me. I will examine the issue, correct the issue then return the item to the client.

Custom Order

​

• The process of this will greatly vary. When you contact me I can give you project-specific details. If this is a clothing item, a fitting ( or multiple fittings ) will be necessary.
